Friday evenings are dedicated to focusing on a specific stroke or aspect of swimming. All ages welcome, 7-8pm.

$30 for 30
Private lessons are available with our coaches! For $30, your child can spend 30 minutes one-on-one with a coach. These lessons must be booked in advance and are available on Saturday mornings immediately following practice. Contact Maggie for additional information. ​
Saturday mornings, from 9:30-10:30am, are dedicated to teambuilding, dry land trainings and taking advantage of the fun things Massanutten has to offer!
